Target your users with a CSV of emails or by build number
We’ve added new targeting options for surveys and announcements to give you greater control over who gets to see what. Now you can target specific users or segments by their emails or the build number they’re using.
Target your users with pinpoint accuracy. Now, when creating a survey or announcement, you will have a new targeting option to choose from. Email targeting allows you to upload a CSV with up to 100,000 emails of specific users you want to show your survey to.
With this option, you can import emails of specific users or segments from your CRM or marketing automation tools and send them a targeted survey or announcement to get better, more nuanced feedback.
Build number targeting
Show surveys to your testers by build number. When you use auto-targeting and add a condition for the app version, you will now be able to also specify the build number users should be on to see the survey. This can be very useful in pre-production testing when you do not assign a new version for every build you push out.
