Working out and being healthier puts you in a better state of body and mind. And with everyone stuck at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we all need a way to tackle the stress and anxiety that comes with that and start getting that dopamine flowing. As a personal struggle of my own, I’ve set out to find the top Health & Fitness apps to help you stay active and healthy while confined indoors with no equipment.
Top 5 Health & Fitness Apps
Nike Training Club
The Nike Training Club app is one of the more all-encompassing fitness and health apps out there. Nike leans on its access to world-class trainers to design workouts that are so varied that anyone will be able to find something suitable. NTC provides free workouts on everything from bodyweight-only, yoga classes, as well as targeted strength, cardio, and mobility training. And if you are one of the lucky people to have access to workout equipment, there are workouts for that suited to all fitness levels.
Not only that but NTC focuses on the other pillars of fitness and complements your routine with in-depth guidance into nutrition, recovery, mindset, and sleep.
Stay safe initiatives: Nike is offering free access to NTC Premium until further notice, which unlocks all the app’s features to help users stay safe in quarantine from COVID-19.
