An updated look and feel to make your workflow more seamless
Offering a channel where your app users can ask a question or talk to you can help reduce negative reviews by diverting unhappy comments from the public app stores. Through conversations with your users, you’ll also be able to capture qualitative insights that can help guide your product roadmap.
Most importantly, offering this channel as a native experience in your app (instead of through an email to your support team) increases engagement rates and gives you more opportunities to win your users’ hearts.
When your users invoke Instabug in your app and select the default “Talk to us” prompt option, their messages go to the chats page of your dashboard, which now has a more intuitive layout.
Your chats list in the lefthand sidebar is sorted by newest reply. New unread messages will have a blue chat icon with a red dot. Meanwhile, all workflow actions (like setting the status and priority, assigning the conversation to a team member, viewing team comments, and converting the conversation to a ticket) have been moved to the righthand sidebar.
