A new design to help you manage crashes more effectively
The crash reporting pages in your dashboard have been fine-tuned with a more intuitive design so you can better manage your crash reports and quickly access the information you need most.
Here’s what’s new in your dashboard’s crash pages.
Crash Reports Page
The updated crash overview page in your dashboard allows for advanced sorting and filtering of your reports. You now have more filtering options, like type (crash or error), app version, OS, and severity. You can also now sort your list of reports by crash severity, minimum affected app version, and maximum affected app version.

The overview page of each crash has a more intuitive layout.
All workflow actions, like setting the status, assigning to a team member, viewing related user conversations or replying to affected users, viewing report activity, and tagging, have been moved to the right sidebar. Meanwhile, all data and information related to the crash are contained in the main space of your screen.
Crash Occurrence Page
If you want to reply to a specific user who experienced a crash, you can do so from the crash occurrence page as usual. The Reply to User (or View Conversation if there is one already) button now opens a drawer above the occurrence page. From this drawer, you can send the affected user a message or see previous messages in the existing thread without having to navigate away from the crash occurrence page.
